PROGRAM 02
Recovery Program
3+ Months
- Detoxification and initial stabilization are important first steps—but they are not the same as recovery.
- Our Recovery Program is designed for individuals ready to move beyond initial abstinence and work more deeply on the psychological, emotional, behavioral and relational factors underlying their addiction.
- The program generally involves a 3–6 month residential commitment, depending on the individual’s needs, progress and clinical recommendations.
- The first month creates stability. The months that follow create the opportunity for deeper change.
- Once clients become sufficiently stable, we begin asking deeper questions:
Why did the mind need the substance in the first place?
What patterns are keeping the cycle alive?
And what needs to change for recovery to become sustainable?
The Program integrates:
- Structured Step Work — self-examination, accountability and behavioral change
- Addiction Counselling & Recovery Coaching — practical and therapeutic recovery support
- Psychological Care — addressing thoughts, emotions, behaviors and co-occurring concerns
- Psychometric Assessment — deeper understanding of individual psychological and behavioral patterns
- Mind–Body Wellness — yoga, meditation, breathwork, exercise and other therapeutic wellness practices
- Structured Daily Routine — replacing chaotic patterns with healthy, consistent routines
- Relapse Prevention — understanding triggers and developing strategies for long-term recovery
- Family & Relationship Work — where appropriate, strengthening communication and healthy boundaries
Through repeated therapeutic practice, healthy routines and behavioral change, we draw on principles of neuroplasticity—the brain’s capacity to adapt through learning and experience—to reinforce healthier patterns.
We don’t simply ask clients to stop doing something. We help them learn how to live differently.
We generally recommend a minimum residential commitment of three months, with four to six months considered where appropriate.
Because meaningful psychological and behavioral change cannot always be rushed.
